The home features three king bedrooms, two additional queen bedrooms, multiple gathering spaces, a chef's kitchen stocked with everything you need, spacious dining areas, a ping pong room, a fenced backyard with a fire pit, and plenty of parking. Basement level includes another living area, a large-screen TV, a full kitchenette, and a great hang-out space for guests.

Whether you're visiting for Commissioning Week, Plebe Parent Weekend, a football game, or simply exploring historic Annapolis, you'll have the entire property to yourself with plenty of room to gather while still enjoying private spaces to unwind.

Spacious 3 Bedroom

Ideal for families and small groups, this spacious home offers plenty of room to relax while enjoying all of the amenities that make The Goat Getaway a favorite among Annapolis visitors. Gather in the open-concept living room, prepare meals in the fully stocked chef's kitchen, enjoy family dinners in the dining room, challenge each other to ping pong, or unwind around the backyard fire pit after exploring downtown Annapolis or the U.S. Naval Academy.

Upstairs, you'll find two king bedrooms and one queen bedroom. The primary king suite includes a private ensuite bathroom, while the additional king and queen bedrooms share two nearby full bathrooms located in the hall.

The fourth bedroom and basement level remain unavailable and secured during your stay.

2 King Bedrooms

Perfect for two couples, small families, or friends traveling together, this thoughtfully designed home offers all the comfort and amenities of The Goat Getaway while keeping your stay intimate and affordable.

Enjoy the fully equipped chef's kitchen, spacious living room, dining area, ping pong room, fenced backyard with fire pit, and convenient driveway parking. Upstairs you'll find two luxurious king bedrooms. The primary suite features a private ensuite bathroom, while the second king bedroom has its own full bathroom just across the hall.

To provide you with exclusive use of the home during your stay, the remaining bedrooms, bathrooms, and basement are secured and unavailable.

Private Basement Suite

Sleeps 2 | 1 King Bedroom | 1 Bath | Sunday–Thursday stays

The Executive Basement Suite is available exclusively for Sunday–Thursday stays, making it an ideal choice for business travelers, midweek getaways, and visitors to Annapolis. This completely private walkout suite has its own entrance and is separated from the main house by a locked interior door, giving you complete privacy throughout your stay.

Inside, you'll enjoy a spacious king bedroom, comfortable living room with large Smart TV, full bathroom, and a well-appointed kitchenette featuring a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, toaster oven, hot plate, coffee station, and everything needed to prepare meals—everything except a traditional oven.

Guests also enjoy dedicated parking and easy access to downtown Annapolis, the U.S. Naval Academy, Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium, and local restaurants.

  • No. Every reservation includes exclusive use of the portion of the property you book.  

  • Yes! The Main House and Entire Home include garage and driveway parking. The Executive  Basement suite includes driveway parking. 

  • We welcome one well-behaved dog with prior approval and payment of the pet fee for the entire  home, 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom version. The executive basement suite does not allow a pet. 

  • The Goat Getaway is located just minutes from Historic Downtown Annapolis, the U.S. Naval  Academy (1.5 miles), Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium, (.5 mile) restaurants, shopping,  and local attractions.

  • No. The laundry room is not included with the 2- or 3-bedroom versions of the home. If you  need laundry facilities during your stay, please consider booking the Entire Home.
