The Executive Basement Suite is available exclusively for Sunday–Thursday stays, making it an ideal choice for business travelers, midweek getaways, and visitors to Annapolis. This completely private walkout suite has its own entrance and is separated from the main house by a locked interior door, giving you complete privacy throughout your stay.

Inside, you'll enjoy a spacious king bedroom, comfortable living room with large Smart TV, full bathroom, and a well-appointed kitchenette featuring a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, toaster oven, hot plate, coffee station, and everything needed to prepare meals—everything except a traditional oven.

Guests also enjoy dedicated parking and easy access to downtown Annapolis, the U.S. Naval Academy, Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium, and local restaurants.

  • Absolutely! If you decide you need more space, we'll gladly help you upgrade your reservation.

  • No. Every reservation includes exclusive use of the portion of the property you book.  

  • Yes! The Main House and Entire Home include garage and driveway parking. The Executive  Basement suite includes driveway parking. 

  • We welcome one well-behaved dog with prior approval and payment of the pet fee for the entire  home, 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom version. The executive basement suite does not allow a pet. 

  • The Goat Getaway is located just minutes from Historic Downtown Annapolis, the U.S. Naval  Academy (1.5 miles), Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium, (.5 mile) restaurants, shopping,  and local attractions.

  • No. The laundry room is not included with the 2- or 3-bedroom versions of the home. If you  need laundry facilities during your stay, please consider booking the Entire Home.
